Mastering knowledge in human resource management, students will acquire the necessary menadzment ljudskih resursa for improvement of performance, profits and organizational development, on strategic, ethical and socially responsible manner. Human resources within the process of quality management model are an important part of the process of forming menadzment ljudskih resursa services provided by the Faculty of Dental Medicine with clinics at the University of Sarajevo.

Human resources in accordance with ISO standards are defined as persons who perform work affecting product quality, and must have competence that is based on appropriate education, training skills and experience.


The SWOT analysis of the Faculty performed in previous years, recognized human resources as one of the strengths factors of the Faculty.
